Huludao Jinxi Chemical Machinery Casting Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jinxi Chemical Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. Iron Foundry, was renamed in the end of 2003 due to corporate restructuring and began to be led by Jinxi Chemical Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd.

Jinxi Chemical Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. has obtained the certification of ISO9001 Quality System standard and boasts a complete and effective quality assurance system.

Now, we have 103 employees and 16 management staff, including four senior engineers, four engineers and an assistant engineer. Our production operating area reaches 2,300 m2; and our main equipment includes: two 5-ton cupolas, a 2-ton cupola, a 5-ton electric-arc furnace, six cranes (50tons to 25tons), two dry kilns and three annealing furnaces (universal). Our annual production capacity is up to 4,000-5,000 tons of castings.

We also have 3.4m and 5m vertical lathes for cast iron tower processing, large floor boring machines as well as 50 and 80 drilling machines.

The casting company mainly produces various models of alkali pots, acid pots, gas stoves, cast iron towers, other non-standard iron castings, as well as non-ferrous alloy castings.

The 11m3 pot for solid caustic soda concentration is a quality product of Liaoning Province and the Ministry of Chemical Industry and occupies 75% market shares.

We have had a 50 year of history in producing cast iron towers. We have produced various models of carbonizers, cooling towers, distillation towers, ammonia cleaning tower and absorption towers for soda plants around China. The main specifications are φ1400, φ1980, φ2500, φ2720, φ2800, φ2800 / φ3000, φ3200 and φ3200 /φ3400.

In 2001 and 2003, we produced 7 distillation columns for Iran respectively, and two carbonizers for Weifang Soda Plant according to German drawings and technical conditions, winning users’ high praise. In recent years, we have also produced a number of carbonizers, distillation columns and decarbonizing towers for Myanmar, Russia and the UK.

In term of production of cast iron towers, we have advanced and reasonable technologies, as well as many years of production experience. We adopt metal molds as our body molds, ensuring the accuracy of the physical dimensions of the castings as well as the appearance quality. We store metal molds for all the cast iron towers we have ever produced.

We use quality new pig iron produced by Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. as our raw material. In addition, reasonable smelting processes are adopted to ensure the quality of melted iron and ensure the intrinsic quality of castings. Our products feature superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Mold processing is adopted in the machining of cast iron towers and pre-installation is done to ensure a smooth user-site installation.
